Job Title: Midrange Operations Analyst

Introduction: As a HP NonStop Infrastructure Engineer, he/she should have good experience in the infrastructure space focused on HP Nonstop Server components, Middleware products such as MQ, Connect Direct and FTP. He/She should have good exposure to HP Nonstop products like Multibatch, OVNM and Golden gate.
What will you be doing?

• Accountable for supporting the Midrange application on HP nonstop.
• Coordinate and provide technical suggestions for business working on the project/service in line with the Midrange strategy.
• Work/support automation initiatives for Midrange to increase efficiency
• Ensures that existing problems and known errors in systems and services being brought into operation are understood and managed in the same way as those arising from operational incidents from service prospective.
• Adhere to the standard operational procedures to address the alerts received on the respective services.
• Identify and report repeat incidents and ensure that Problem Management colleagues are effectively engaged to follow up.
• Be responsible and answerable to stakeholders for any issue involving any particular platform under their lead.
• Assist in the evaluation and take-on of new business.

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge on HP Nonstop Infrastructure with a minimum of1-2 years of Industry experience on relevant technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in 24/7 shift pattern,
