Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Experience (3-5 years) in progressive accounting roles.
Tally and Ms Excel is a MUST.
Strong GAAP knowledge, proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and commentary for management.Month/Year-End Close:
Oversee journal entries, reconciliations (bank, balance sheet), accruals, and variance analysis.Compliance:
Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.Process Improvement:
Recommend and implement enhancements to accounting systems and procedures for better efficiency.Auditing:
Support internal and external audits, providing necessary schedules and documentation.Team Support:
Mentor junior accountants and provide technical guidance.Transaction Management:
Verify and process invoices, payments (AP/AR), and manage payroll functions.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
