Knowledge acquisition from incumbent on the mainframe service delivery and provide KT to offshore team Review the documents on regular basis to maintain AS IS processes and procedures of CICS and MQ administration as current as possible Build Relationship with customer and SMEs at customer's site Build Relationship with hardware vendors & support teams Support for inflight projects and upcoming projects in consultation with client SME Develop high-level logical and physical design based Customer middleware architecture and functional requirements Based on high-level design, provide updated middleware implementation proposal with cost and schedule estima
