Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver effective Kannada language lessons as per the prescribed curriculum. Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills in Kannada. Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessments aligned with academic goals. Evaluate students' performance regularly and maintain accurate academic records. Create an engaging, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Encourage appreciation of Kannada literature, culture, and language. Use innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance learning. Participate in school activities, trainings, parent-teacher meetings, and academic reviews. Adhere to school policies and academic guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kannada or a related subject. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory). Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at middle school level (preferred). Strong proficiency in spoken and written Kannada.
Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage students with varied learning abilities. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
