Role And Responsibilities As a Middle School Physics Teacher at Teacher Pool, your responsibilities will include: Understanding curriculum requirements and creating syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that align with these requirements. Assessing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and tailoring lessons and assessments accordingly. Creating engaging and stimulating lesson plans, encouraging student participation through frequent questions and discussions. Providing additional support to students who require it and challenging tasks to those who are ahead of the class. Staying updated with the latest developments and research in the field of Physics education to ensure lessons remain relevant and up-to-date. Reporting any progress issues to the head of the department and communicating with parents to keep them informed. Participating in meetings, training sessions, workshops, conferences, and other professional development initiatives to enhance teaching skills. Supervising laboratory sessions, conducting practical demonstrations, and accompanying students on field trips. Maintaining open communication with students, staff, and parents to create a conducive learning environment. Candidate Qualifications Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Education (M.Ed or B.Ed) and any other relevant Cambridge qualification. Previous experience as a Physics Teacher in a Cambridge curriculum for Higher Grades or MYP Physics. Knowledge of various teaching methods and strategies to cater to diverse student needs. Candidates from Bangalore are preferred. Required Skills Strong grasp of Physics concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
