Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English literature, grammar, writing, and communication. Design assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity. Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into the curriculum. Monitor and report student progress regularly to parents and school leadership. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities. Maintain discipline and classroom order in accordance with school policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field (Master's preferred). B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification is highly desirable. Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the middle school level. Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written). Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE curriculum (as applicable). Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire young minds.
