Position Description

Smrti is looking for a Middle School Co-ordinator (Grades 5th to 8th) who is a confident, results-driven thinker with excellent organization, people and execution skills. S/he will take classes as well as lead a team of teachers. The position reports to the School Principal. S/he will be a Science Graduate/Post Graduate with a B.Ed in Science. S/he will be responsible for Academics Performance and Operations for the Middle School and also for Quality of the Learning Experience. S/he will manage a team of teachers.

Quality of Learning, Quality of Teaching, Teacher Wellness, Delivery of Academics, MIS and Reports, Compliance, Teaching classes 5th to 8th, Child Retention

Qualifications and Experience

a) Must be a B.Ed. A Masters Degree in Science will be required. b) Must be very proficient with using technology - Microsoft Office, etc. c) 10+ years experience; d) CBSE School Experience will be preferred; (e) Very sound knowledge of Competency Based Education is a must
