Middle School Coordinator (Grades 6-8)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise academics and co-curricular activities for Grades 6-8. Ensure timely completion of syllabus and effective lesson delivery. Provide guidance and support to middle school teachers. Organize student enrichment programs, competitions, and events. Communicate with parents to address academic and behavioral issues. Maintain discipline and promote school values among students. Conduct regular meetings to review academic progress.

Skills & Competencies:

Leadership and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of middle school pedagogy and student needs. Ability to manage and motivate teaching staff.

Experience Required:

3-5 years as a Coordinator or in a middle school leadership role
