Middle & High School Teachers (Math, Physics, Chemistry)

Key responsibilities

Instruction and planning:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, using various methods to cater to diverse learning styles.

Assessment and feedback:

Evaluate student performance through assignments and exams, providing timely and constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student progress.

Classroom management:

Create a positive and disciplined learning environment, establishing and enforcing rules and procedures to facilitate learning and respect.

Communication:

Regularly communicate with parents, guardians, and other staff members about student progress and needs.

Collaboration:

Work with colleagues and school staff to develop and implement programs that support student learning.

Professional development:

Participate in meetings, training, and other professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and techniques.

Student support:

Provide academic guidance and support to students, including help with standardized test preparation and individual learning challenges.

Supervision:

Supervise students outside of the classroom during activities like lunch or field trips.
Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area and state teaching certification are standard. Strong understanding of curriculum and educational standards for the relevant grade levels. Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Proficiency in using technology to support instruction.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
