Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Science Teacher to teach Middle and High School students. The candidate should be passionate about science education, capable of delivering engaging lessons, and committed to nurturing students' scientific thinking, inquiry skills, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons as per the prescribed curriculum. Teach subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and General Science (as applicable to grade levels). Develop lesson plans, worksheets, experiments, and assessments aligned with learning objectives. Conduct practical lab sessions and ensure safety standards are strictly followed. Assess and evaluate students' performance through tests, assignments, projects, and practical work. Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment data. Support students with different learning needs through remedial and enrichment activities. Encourage scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Participate in school activities, staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and concerns. Adhere to school policies, CBSE guidelines, and code of conduct.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) with B.Ed. mandatory. Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in Middle or High School (CBSE experience preferred). Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills. Proficiency in using teaching aids, smart boards, and digital tools. Good communication skills in English.
