Role Title: Middle East Sales Controller
Reports to: Business Controller
Role Type: Individual Contributor with multiple stakeholders' management
Location: Chinchwad, Pune
As an active member of the sub-region management team, you will:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and working capital.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with the regional controlling team.
• Hold a key role in the finance organization of SKF Eurotrade AB, providing instrumental support to FOC in monthly and annual closings as well as statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards.
• Act as Finance Manager for selected smaller legal entities, such as SKF Pakistan, SKF Egypt, and SKF Saudi Arabia
• Oversee credit management across the sub-region.
• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to promote standardization and efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified CA - 1st / 2nd Attempt qualified / MBA from Premium Institute
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a Finance function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with SKF systems and reporting is an advantage ; particularly with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, BPC and SDW
