Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in QAD ERP systems to support our clients in optimizing their enterprise operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of core business processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Customer Management, with hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementations and post-go-live support.
Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, including 5+ years in QAD ERP.
• Strong understanding of at least one of the following domains: Finance, Manufacturing, Customer Management, or Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations and support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Job responsibilities

• Lead and support QAD ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure and customize QAD modules to align with business processes.
• Manage data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end users.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams -- IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related functional issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
