We're looking for a
Mid-Senior Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Development:
Work collaboratively with project teams to develop and refine design concepts for different architecture projects.
Utilize Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance:
Apply knowledge of local, state, and national building laws, as well as other industry standards, to ensure compliance in design solutions.
Participate in code analysis and integrate findings into design development.
Design Coordination:
Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate various design elements into cohesive and functional facilities.
Contribute to the coordination of architectural design with other project disciplines.
Client Interaction:
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
Present design concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback to enhance project outcomes.
Revit Proficiency:
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using Revit for architectural design and documentation.
Train and assist team members in Revit best practices.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular reviews of drawings and models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Construction Documentation:
Contribute to the development of construction documents, specifications, and material selections.
Work closely with the project team to address any design-related issues during the construction phase.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
3-6 years of relevant experience in different architecture projects.
Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience in all project phases, from concept design to construction documentation.
