Role Summary:

The Mid Level SAP QM professional will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of SAP Quality Management solutions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective quality processes, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement in quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM solutions to enhance quality management processes. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and support quality planning, assurance, and control activities. Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement in quality processes. Provide support in the execution of quality audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. Assist in training end-users on SAP QM functionalities and best practices. Support troubleshooting and resolution of quality management issues within SAP. Maintain documentation related to QM processes, configurations, and operational procedures. Stay updated on SAP QM features and industry best practices to enhance organizational quality management capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with SAP QM module is required, with a solid understanding of quality management processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret quality data effectively. Good communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance practices is a plus. Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points is advantageous.

Additional Qualifications:

Ability to work onsite in Bangalore, India Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.- Demonstrated stable work history with long-term accountability in prior roles. Experience working in global delivery or multi-geography AMS environments. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility offshore leadership role with consistent US time-zone overlap. Strong written and verbal English (required) Experience with US/EU companies (preferred) Failure to respond to all supplemental questions may result in automatic disqualification
