The Mid-Level SAP PM professional will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with maintenance and operational teams to ensure effective management of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle, leading to increased efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PM solutions to enhance plant maintenance processes and practices.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to gather requirements and improve maintenance planning and scheduling.
Support the monitoring and analysis of maintenance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Provide assistance in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities within SAP
Assist in training end-users on SAP PM functionalities and best practices to ensure effective utilization of the system.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of plant maintenance issues within SAP.
Maintain documentation related to PM processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
Stay updated on SAP PM features and industry best practices to enhance the organization's maintenance management capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with SAP PM module is required, with a solid understanding of maintenance processes and practices.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret maintenance data effectively.
Good communication skills, capable of collaborating with various teams to drive maintenance improvements.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and asset management practices is a plus.- Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points is advantageous.
Relevant SAP certification in Plant Maintenance is preferred.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
Demonstrated stable work history with long-term accountability in prior roles.
Experience working in global delivery or multi-geography AMS environments.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility offshore leadership role with consistent US time-zone overlap.
Strong written and verbal English (required)
Experience with US/EU companies (preferred)
