Duration: long term Shift: 2 Details: This functional position sits inside the Global SAP Center of Excellence is responsible for managing the health of our Global SAP ERP system, primarily in the Order to Cash business process domain. This hands-on role will ensure that all projects and system support areas are implemented and maintained to quality by adopting best practice configuration and technology. This role will be involved with analysis and design, system configuration, integration, testing, maintenance and support for the delivery of projects and minor/major releases of SAP. The successful candidate will work closely with SAP technical analysts and functional consultants to understand the business requirements and deliver solutions that support the ongoing Global IT and business strategy. Job Requirements Details: Provide day-to-day support for the Belden SAP applications (including any add-on\'s) in the Order to Cash area by resolving change requests and malfunction/incident tickets. Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users providing satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions. Assist Team Manager by providing right SAP solutions (including any add-on) for various business requirements in the Order to Cash business processes using standard SAP solutions and knowledge. Coordinate ABAP developments by preparing the functional specification documentation and testing results following our standards. Support change and release management processes for SAP application (including any add-on). Support test processes and user training for SAP O2C business process area. Support service level management processes, based on our SLA with the business Ensure effective working relations within and between other SAP teams. Possess good problem solving, resolution, and high level of analytical skills Qualified candidates will possess: Bachelor\'s degree in a technical related field Demonstrate successful track record in supporting Sales and Distribution business processes Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP Order to Cash solutions Minimum of 5 years\' experience in supporting SAP Sales and Distribution business processes on ECC 6.0 Experience with European VAT, customs, and intrastate desired Familiarity with SAP technologies ABAP, BADI, IDOC, RFC, ALE, BAPI, and SAP Add-on\'s Experience preferred in system development project management Familiar with standards on application maintenance (e.g. ITIL) Business level English, German, and Dutch preferred Pay Range: Based on Experience
