Job profile:
Focus on corporate customers in Group Health, Commercial and Term Life insurance segments:
i. Meeting the regular requirements of the existing houses
ii. Self-driving & Helping in new acquisitions
iii. Coordinating with the back end team and senior management to help resolve the issues, if any
iv. Liaising with the insurance companies and any other supporting intermediaries
v. Driving resolutions and innovations for the company as required for supporting business.
Work Experience:
Sales and services of insurance products preferred. Experience in the similar areas in any other financial service industry may also be considered. Work experience of 5-8 years required
Skill & Knowledge: Interest to learn, team spirit, inter personal relationship, a good communication skill and adaptation to change are most desired. Proficiency in MS Office and business correspondence are essential. Insurance qualification from III is an added advantage.
The job profile includes office operations and outdoor activities on a tentative 50:50 ratio.
Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate/MBA in any discipline with good academic record
