B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA Inter or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
General Accounting:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance).
Record all financial transactions accurately and timely.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage vendor payments and customer invoicing.
Reconcile outstanding balances and follow up on receivables.
GST & Taxation:
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Assist with TDS deduction and return filing.
Support with audits and tax assessments.
Bank & Cash Management:
Perform bank reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow and petty cash handling.
MIS & Reporting:
Generate monthly MIS reports for management review.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Audit & Compliance:
Support statutory and internal audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Skills Required:
Tally ERP / Zoho / QuickBooks / SAP (as per company preference)
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication & time management
