Broad outline of the Role Key Responsibilities: o Experience in Microwave Design, Integration and testing o Experience in LOS,Frequency and Interference analysis o Worked on calculation of the Link Budget o Optimization and Utilization based re-routing/upgradation o Preparation of the Design document(HLD/LLD) with complete data analysis o Performance Management | KPI assurance | Optimization o Utilization based optimization,Swap/modernization/upgradation/managed services o Write, develop and validate technical process documentation such as Service Descriptions, MOPs, test procedures, checklists as needed o Creation of the Material request/ BOM scope. o Assist in developing and validating new Site/Solution Engineering processes, guidelines and templates for Site Installation Documentation o Technical analysis of Microwave, transport and ancillary equipment from an implementation perspective. o Provide on-site SME support for special implementations including project/market kick-offs and Lab trials or case to case basis o Provide SME assistance in preparation and review of solutions relating to backhaul products and implementation services o Provide technical support during turn-up and testing phases of implementation o Provide SME support for development and validation of Instruction Training course material o Microwave and MMDS/LMDS experience o Update planning tools (Tx database, Network Requirement Element, etc.) with required software upgrade to increase capacity between the existing links. o Raiseing change request to the concerned teams for the software deployment o Desktop survey and link designing using ATOLL with required criteria like preferred frequencies, desired modulation, availability, margin, XPD, etc o update the details in system/tools and support during pre-install visit on technical site survey, if required amend the designs accordingly Must have technical/professional qualifications: . Minimum of 4-7 years relevant experience in in Microwave and Transmission technologies . Bachelor in Engineering - Electronics & Communications . Preferred knowledge in the domains Wireless technologies of mobility . Proficient in MS Office Suite . English language (spoken and written)
