Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MSTR Admin to join our team. As a MSTR Admin , you will be responsible for upgrade, migration, user management and Performance issue in Microstrategy Platform in Allianz. This includes ensuring smooth operation, evaluating new technologies, and continuously improving performance, reliability, and automation. You will also responsible for resolve incidents, and implement change requests for both team members and customers.
You will

• Optimize report performance and data retrieval process

Evaluate new bi tools and integration possibilities with Microstrategy

• Manage version control, patching and upgrades
• Need to act as liaison between business stake holders and technical team
• Provide guidance to users for any customer queries related to development
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performances and recommend improvement
• Conduct load testing and capacity planning
• Work experience on creating dossiers/dashboards as per requirements
• Work experience on creation of public objects/schema objects
• Work experience on mountpoint setup
• Work experience on creating freeform SQL reports /Ad hoc reports as per business requirement .
• Work experience on dossiers with several filter types, such as page-level, chapter-level, and visualization filters.
• Managing the MSTR to perform Business Analytics

• User, Group, project administration
• Installation and configuration of New version of MSTR and working experience on Hotfix installation and widgets
• Hands on experience and knowledge on Database activities
• Working experience configuring web & Tomcat and widget installations on web
• Working experience on License renewals
• Monitoring the Linux Server activities
• Platform maintenance activities
• Documentations, Tasks, preparing reports
• Troubleshooting the issues/requests raised in the form of tickets by the customers
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and automation.
• Create the automation scripts for reducing daily activities

Your skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a MicroStrategy Architect role.
• Hands on experience on Linux(Must)
• knowledge on other reporting tools like Powerbi ,SSRS ..IE
• Incident and Change management via tools like service now
• Experienced in working with global delivery model for international clients
• Infrastructure Security Principles
• Good networking knowledge (Routing, IP, TCP)Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good if have experience with agile development methodologies.

Good to have Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.Basic knowledge or experience with AI tools will be beneficial.Exposure to AI tools, even at a basic level, is a value-add.A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.
