Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
5+ years of experience in MicroStrategy administration (latest versions).
Hands on with Developer, Architect, Command Manager, Object Manager, License Manager.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments (RedHat preferred)."
Install, configure, and upgrade MicroStrategy suite (Developer, Web, Intelligence Server, Command Manager, Object Manager).
Manage user roles, groups, and security settings (LDAP integration).
Implement governance and access control policies.
Monitor system performance and optimize MicroStrategy servers.
Set up alerts and KPIs for infrastructure health.
Handle migration of objects from Development to QA to Production.
Implement patches and updates.
Resolve incidents related to reports, dashboards, and cubes.
Provide root cause analysis for high-priority production issues.
Work with AWS Cloud or similar environments.
Develop automation scripts for configuration and testing.
