About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft SharePoint & Power Automate Engineer / Developer
who will be responsible for designing, developing, and automating modern SharePoint solutions integrated with the Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
SharePoint Online
,
Power Automate
, and workflow automation, with a passion for building efficient and scalable digital collaboration environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain SharePoint site artifacts including content types, library templates, validation rules, and custom UI components.
Develop and manage integration workflows using
Power Automate / Power Platform
to streamline document and metadata management.
Implement data ingestion pipelines into SharePoint or staging storage systems.
Configure and optimize
SharePoint Search
including managed properties, refiners, and custom search verticals.
Ensure robust metadata enforcement, validation logic, and UI behaviors across sites and libraries.
Automate end-to-end document workflows (upload validations, metadata enforcement, translation flows, and ingestion triggers).
Create and manage automated flows that integrate with
AI or embedding back-end systems
, enabling processes like reindexing and embedding triggers.
Qualifications & Skills:
4+ years of hands-on experience in
SharePoint Online (Modern Experience)
.
Proficiency in
Power Automate
,
Power Apps
, and related
Power Platform
tools.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, content management, and governance.
Experience with data integration, API connectors, and workflow automation.
Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure SharePoint solutions.
Familiarity with AI or automation-based integrations is a plus.
