About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Microsoft Purview Specialist

to lead and deliver data governance and protection projects for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and a passion for helping organisations manage and secure their data effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions for enterprise clients. Design and deploy

Data Mapping

strategies and build a

Unified Data Catalog

. Develop and enforce

Data Governance

frameworks aligned with regulatory and business requirements. Configure and manage

Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

policies and

Information Protection

rules. Implement and monitor

Insider Risk Management

protocols. Drive adoption of

Data Security Posture Management (DSPM)

and

DSPM for AI

across client environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and IT operations. Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with

Microsoft Purview

in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of

data classification

,

sensitivity labels

, and

compliance policies

. Hands-on experience with

DLP

,

Information Protection

, and

Insider Risk Management

. Familiarity with

DSPM

tools and methodologies, especially in the context of

AI workloads

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Microsoft certifications in security, compliance, or data governance are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate Experience working with clients in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare)
