Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Presales Engineer with experience in Microsoft security products.

This role involves providing technical support and expertise during the sales process, helping to identify customer requirements, and designing customized solutions that showcase the value of our Microsoft security offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Expertise:

Provide in-depth knowledge and technical expertise on Microsoft security products, including Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Security, and Azure Security Centre. Keep UpToDate with the latest developments, features, and updates in Microsoft security solutions.

2. Customer Engagement:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand and identify customer requirements and business challenges. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and webinars to prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.

3. Solution Design:

Design and propose customized security solutions based on customer needs, incorporating best practices and industry standards. Prepare and present detailed solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and security assessments.

4. Proof of Concept (PoC):

Lead and manage PoC activities to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft security solutions. Provide technical support during PoC engagements to ensure successful outcomes.

5.Technical Documentation:

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and implementation guides. Create case studies and whitepapers to highlight successful deployments and use cases.

6. Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback to product management on customer needs, competitive intelligence, and market trends.

Qualifications

Education

:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Experience

:

3 years of relevant experience in a presales, technical consulting, or related role. Handson experience with Microsoft security products and solutions.

Skills:

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities.

MDE, MDO, MDI, Purview, MDCA, Intune, Entra ID, Sentinel

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proficiency in creating technical documentation, solution proposals, and architecture diagrams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications:

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.

Additional Information

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required. Work Environment: The role may require occasional work outside regular business hours to meet customer needs.
