Essential Job Functions

• Drive process excellence and digital innovation, transformation initiatives as a trusted partner
• Be the trusted innovation and process excellence partner to GBS functional units
• Lead the exploration and implementation of innovative digital solutions (idea-pilot-scale) to enhance business processes and client interactions
• Ensure alignment of process excellence and digital initiatives with organisational goals and strategies
• Engage with projects, vendors, development partners, and start-ups to ensure best-fit solutions
• Ensure compliance with legal and defined quality requirements
• Monitor and evaluate advancements in digital platforms, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation
• Analyse the potential impact of digital trends on existing business models, products, and systems
• Create compelling business cases that outline the value, feasibility, and ROI of proposed digital initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership to secure funding and support
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions
• Facilitate effective communication and teamwork across diverse teams to ensure successful project execution
• Offer expert guidance on how digital disruption influences business operations and client engagement
• Advise on strategies to adapt to and leverage digital changes in local and global contexts
• Identify and drive areas of improvement
• Act as a role-model for colleagues and peers
• Support the team mandate by meeting requirements/expectations from stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in process excellence and digital transformation
• Hands-on experience in RPA and PowerApps
• Desirable: Tech evangelist mindset and understanding of the AI ecosystem
• Experience Level: 5-7 years
• Mandatory Skills: Process Excellence, Hands-on experience in RPA, PowerApps
• Optional Skills: Tech evangelist, knowledge of the AI ecosystem
