We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Apps Developer to design, build, and maintain custom applications that streamline business processes and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and will be able to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).


Automate workflows and integrate services using Power Automate (Flow).


Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.


Create and customize data models using Dataverse or SharePoint Lists.


Implement role-based security, permissions, and adhere to governance best practices.


Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services, third-party APIs, and legacy systems.


Troubleshoot, maintain, and provide ongoing support for existing solutions.


Document technical specifications, user guides, and process workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience in Microsoft Power Apps development (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps). Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Flow) for workflow automation. Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and relational data structures. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, APIs, and integration techniques. Familiarity with security, role-based access, and governance best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience in documenting technical solutions and providing end-user guidance. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
