We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient
Microsoft Office Executive
to manage and execute daily administrative and documentation tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). The candidate should have strong computer skills, organizational ability, and accuracy in handling data and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, format, and manage professional documents using
MS Word
Create and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and reports using
MS Excel
Design and deliver presentations using
MS PowerPoint
Manage email communications, calendar scheduling, and meeting invites through
MS Outlook
Maintain and update records, databases, and files digitally
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and assist in data entry and analysis
Collaborate with team members and assist in project coordination
Perform basic troubleshooting and formatting tasks in Office applications
Support administrative duties and document processing needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of data handling, formatting, and document management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to type accurately and handle confidential information
Attention to detail and time management
Graduate in any stream (preferred: B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc)
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
Experience in using SharePoint or OneDrive for file management
Knowledge of MS Teams for internal communication
Experience in office coordination or administrative tasks

Pay: ?1,200.00 per week
Expected hours: 21 per week
