Job Description

Job Title:

Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Solution Architect

Experience:

8-12+ Years

of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 & Infrastructure

Role:

Design and implement

Microsoft 365 solutions

including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business Lead enterprise

migration and transformation projects

Prepare solution deliverables such as

HLD, LLD, BOM, SOPs, and assessment reports

Work closely with customers for deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support Automate administration and reporting using

PowerShell scripting

Architect and manage

identity, security, and access solutions

including AD, Entra ID, PKI, and certificate management Define

security, DR, BCP, RTO, and RPO

strategies Ensure alignment with

ITSM processes

and best practices

Skills:

Strong expertise in

Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365 architecture

Hands-on experience with

Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive

Advanced

PowerShell automation and scripting

Experience with

Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, PKI

Knowledge of

security solutions, SIEM, monitoring, auditing tools

Excellent

communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong

problem-solving and leadership abilities
