Roles / Responsibilities :

Overseeing and managing the organization's Microsoft software licenses, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and efficient utilization Maintaining accurate license records, tracking usage, conducting audits, and staying up-to-date on Microsoft's licensing programs Collaborating with IT to ensure proper deployment and configuration of Microsoft software.

Required Skills :

Strong expertise in Oracle licensing (databases, options, WebLogic, Java, ULA) and Microsoft EA/SPLA frameworks. Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SAM?Pro, specifically publisher packs, metrics configuration, and reconciliation automation. Solid technical knowledge of discovery engines (e.g., SCCM, GLAS), virtualization platforms, and integration frameworks (AAD, SCCM, AWS, VMware). Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills--especially around audit defense and cost?optimization strategies.

Preferred Skills:

Reports to the SAM?Pro Lead or ITAM Manager. Works closely with SAM admins, Discovery teams, Financial analysts, Procurement, and ITSM teams. Often engages with vendor reps (Oracle, Microsoft) for entitlements clarification, audit response, and license strategy.

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
