Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Microsoft Intune and Defender Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Intune and Defender specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and deploying Microsoft Intune solutions to enhance our organization's mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) capabilities, along with expertise in Microsoft Defender implementation and troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure seamless integration and operation of Intune and Defender within our existing infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Intune Deployment and Management: Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for MDM and MAM, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
Defender Implementation: Deploy and configure Microsoft Defender solutions to protect organizational assets from threats.
Policy Development: Develop and enforce security policies and compliance settings for devices and applications managed through Intune and Defender.
Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Intune and Defender with other Microsoft services like Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Intune deployment, configuration, operation, and Defender security incidents.
User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users on Intune and Defender functionalities and best practices.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune and Defender configurations, processes, and procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Intune and Defender features and enhancements, recommending improvements to current systems.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Good experience in managing Microsoft Intune or similar MDM/MAM solutions, along with experience in Microsoft Defender.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows operating systems.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
