Key Responsibilities






Manage and maintain Hybrid Exchange Environment. Manage mailboxes (user/shared/resource), distribute lists, public folders. Collaborate and work with Cyber Security team on ProofPoint and Identity Management services. Innovate and automate processes using PowerShell. Manage Azure Active Directory, M365 licensing and automation scripts. Implement and manage on-prem and cloud mail relays in Exchange and 3rd party email services. Manage transport rules, mail flow, certificates and other configurations for Exchange. Partner with peers in the global Digital Workplace team to promote and support the Microsoft 365 platform at Kohler. Provide 3rd level support for Exchange, M365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and 3rd party email services. Participate in technical deep dive meetings with team members, peers and partners regarding Microsoft 365 and Azure. Proactively prioritize and manage tasks independently but align with department manager when escalation is appropriate. Migrate and integrate acquisition email systems when required.

Basic Qualifications:






Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent Information Technology experience (5+ years). 4+ years of Exchange Online experience. 4+ years of Entra ID (Azure AD) and M365 implementation and administration experience. 2+ years of PowerShell and scripting experience. 2+ years of DNS management related to email services Capable of providing reporting and analytics using data from M365 using Excel and/or Power BI. Ability to deal with uncertainty and change as the M365 platform evolves to meet the needs of the business. Problem solving skills that take system and service logs, customer feedback and other metrics into consideration to identify root cause of service issues.





Top Candidates Will Also Have:






Basic knowledge of change management best practices. Understanding and experience with ITIL. 4+ years of experience providing technical support for internal customers. A passion for learning and continued education in their field of expertise. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple to understand ways. Professional communication skills (both written and verbal). Experience with Twilio Send Grid, ProofPoint Secure Relay and other cloud email services.
