Title : Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager Product Manager will be responsible for taking ownership over the D365 platform, managing Dynamics 365 product enhancements, project prioritization, technical backlog, and overall platform strategy and execution. The Product Owner - Microsoft Dynamics M365 is responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch products. They will collaborate with commercial services partners and customers to co-develop a road map and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. They must partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. Will work in a hybrid agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
Will develop customer relationships, offer direction, create process flow improvements and have an overall clear understanding. The Product Manager are the liaison between product and business. They will be responsible for writing user stories, executing against the product release plan, proactively mitigating risks, and assisting in managing the development life cycle through to production launch and post production support; must be able to work directly with Stakeholders, Business Product Owners, Development, Customer Success Managers and Scrum Masters to elicit requirements through various processes (conversations/emails/meetings), document them in user story format, and follow them through the software development process to successful completion. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS Providing product vision and direction to the Agile development team and product stakeholders. Creating and maintaining relationships with services and business partners. bull Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Required Qualifications:

• This position may require travel to the US.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 12 years of Information Technology experience.

• Health CARE Industry experience is MUST.(minimum 3YEARS)

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE skill

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with C#, SQL, REST API services, JAVA, Python, JavaScript.

• Strong expertise in designing Interfaces and Data Migration using Webservices or equivalent technologies

• Experience in enforcing best practices.

Has good domain knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE :

• Project Service Automation.
• Field Service.
• Customer Service.
• Dynamics 365 accelerator/Dynamics 365 healthcare cloud is PLUS.

• Has performed the lead role for all technical deliverables and provide status update to the project stake holders

• Microsoft D365 certifications preferred

• At least 10 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external integrations, documentation, and mapping current business processes.
• Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and come up to-be business maps.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Planning and Prioritization skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• At least 8 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face, MS team, Zoom video etc. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Industry
