BUSINESS UNIT

The HRS CRM platform is one of the key systems behind the HRS GROUP\'s technology and data driven business travel solutions. The state-of-the-art services and solutions such as cloud-native products, SaaS solutions, microservice concepts, APIs and data integration development that use the Microsoft technology stack to manage sales customer success and marketing CRM facilitate and improves the digital marketing to sales campaigns and channel effectiveness, sales funnel pipeline and championing a technical infrastructure for a customer-centric approach across all interactions along the marketing, sales and customer success lifecycle. Your mission is to help reinventing how business work, stay, and pay, powered by market leading CRM solutions together with a great international team of passionate and result-driven entrepreneurial minds.

POSITION

We are looking for a Chandigarh based well established CRM Solutions Developer (all genders) who is part of an agile development team, working on the deployment, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the enterprise.

CHALLENGE

• Perform all levels of development (e.g., configuration, workflows, and plugins).
• Experience working in a heavily customized Dynamics CRM environment from version 2013 to Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with Product Owner\'s & Business Analyst\'s to prepare technical specifications based on functional customization requests.
• Propose & create technical designs, mock-ups, prototypes and recommend architecture to support new implementations and/or enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues)
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Write clean, scalable, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code developed by others.

• Highly driven, digital- and tech-savvy marketer
• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics on prem and cloud versions.
• Experience in both development and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience in Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience developing Dynamics solutions utilizing languages including C#, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with SQL, Transact SQL, stored procedures, views, functions, SSRS, SSIS
• Proficiency in CRM API, REST/ODATA and soap endpoints.
• Proven track record of building applications from the ground up.
• Several years\' experience in the fields of CRM development, system analysis, system implementation, and change projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
