Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Configure
entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows
Develop and customize
plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and web resources
Implement
Power Platform components
including Power Automate and Power Apps
Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs
and Azure services
Manage
security roles, access control, and data permissions
Perform
data migration, data validation, and data cleansing
activities
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects
Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders
Participate in
code reviews, deployment, and release management
Provide post-implementation
support and maintenance
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience in
Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE
Strong knowledge of
CRM architecture, entities, relationships, and data modeling
Expertise in
C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows
Experience with
Power Platform
(Power Automate, Power Apps)
Hands-on experience with
Web APIs, REST/SOAP services
Strong understanding of
security roles and business process flows
Experience in
integration with third-party applications
Familiarity with
Azure services
(Azure Functions, Logic Apps) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
