We are looking for skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 professionals with 4-8 years of experience across CRM, Finance & Operations, or Business Central modules. The role involves end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and support of Dynamics 365 solutions. The candidate should have strong technical and functional expertise, with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities : o Participate in full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM / F&O / BC). o Perform customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365 applications. o Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations with external applications. o Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. o Handle system testing, UAT support, and post-go-live activities. o Ensure system performance, scalability, and security. o Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform features. o Work in close coordination with cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, testers, architects). Required Skills & Qualifications o 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / F&O / BC). o Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central). o Strong knowledge in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, Power Automate, and Power Apps. o Experience with API integrations, Azure services, and data migration tools. o Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. o Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform) preferred. Nice to Have o Familiarity with Azure DevOps for build/release management. o Experience working in Agile delivery models. o Domain exposure in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.
