Job Description

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customizing CRM entities, building automation workflows, and integrating Dynamics with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs. Build and maintain Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps for internal and external users.

Design and implement Power Automate flows for business process automation. Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors.

Create and modify CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, and business rules.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed components. Ensure performance, scalability, and security of CRM applications.

Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 features and best practices.

Required Skills Qualifications:

6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.

Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).

Strong understanding of CRM architecture, security roles, and data modeling. Familiarity with integration protocols (REST, SOAP, OData).

Experience with source control tools (Git) and DevOps practices. Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
