Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (Finance) to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of financial modules. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of Business Central finance functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Finance modules

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to finance and accounting

Configure and customize Business Central finance features including:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets

Bank Reconciliation

Budgeting & Cash Flow Management

Perform gap analysis and recommend suitable solutions

Prepare functional design documents (FDD), BRD, and process flows

Coordinate with technical consultants for customizations and integrations

Conduct system testing, UAT support, and user training

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements

Assist in data migration and validation

Support integrations with third-party systems and reporting tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV (Finance)

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

Experience in implementation, support, and upgrades of Business Central

Understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance (India)

Ability to create reports using Business Central standard reports and extensions

Experience with Power BI is an added advantage

Excellent documentation, communication, and client-handling skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or IT

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) - Preferred

Certifications (Preferred)

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate

Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central certifications

Nice to Have

Experience in manufacturing, retail, or service industries

Exposure to integrations with CRM, payroll, or banking systems

Experience in multi-company and multi-currency environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
