Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Solution Design
Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deeply understand and document "As-Is" business processes and define the "To-Be" processes.
Fit-Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to compare the client's requirements against the standard, out-of-the-box D365 functionalities, documenting gaps and recommending solutions (configuration, customization, or workaround).
Functional Design: Create and maintain detailed functional design documents (FDDs), process flow diagrams, and solution blueprints for the D365 platform.
2. System Configuration & Implementation
Configuration: Configure D365 modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Sales, Inventory Management, Customer Service) to meet documented business requirements.
Customization Liaison: Collaborate with the technical team (Developers, Architects) to communicate functional requirements for complex custom development, integrations, and reports.
Data Migration Support: Assist in mapping and cleansing data for migration into the new D365 system.
3. Testing, Training, & Deployment
Testing: Design test scenarios and scripts, execute System Integration Testing (SIT), and provide hands-on support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution.
Training & Documentation: Develop comprehensive training materials, user manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct training sessions for key users and end-users.
Go-Live & Support: Participate in go-live and cut-over activities, providing hyper-care and post-implementation support to stabilize the system and resolve immediate issues.
4. Project & Stakeholder Management
Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the client, guiding them on best practices and effective utilization of the Dynamics 365 platform.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers to define project scope, estimate effort, manage deliverables, and report on project status.
Continuous Improvement: Propose future enhancements, process improvements, and roadmaps leveraging the D365 suite and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: X+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant/Analyst on ERP implementation projects, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or Business Central).
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of core business processes in at least one key area (e.g., Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Sales & CRM, or Field Service).

Pay: ₹374,422.49 - ₹1,551,236.73 per year
