Developer

for our

Pune

What are your responsibilities?
Customize and configure D365 CRM/ERP applications to meet business needs. Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and Web APIs. Build and maintain Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards. Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements. Perform unit testing and support system testing and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365. Maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and processes. Participate in solution deployments and provide post-deployment support. Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards. Other tasks as assigned.

Does experience count?
5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 development (CRM/ERP). Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML. Experience with Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI. Familiarity with Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus. Experience with SQL Server and D365 data model. Strong understanding of D365 SDK, REST APIs, and integration patterns. Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-600, MB-500) are a plus. Customer service and solid communication skills are a must Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation. Experience building agentic solutions from scratch is a plus
