Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer

to design, develop, and implement

Customer Engagement (CE)

solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to customize the platform, enhance workflows, and integrate with other systems to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

solutions. Customize and configure CRM modules to meet business needs. Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations with external systems. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 platform. Perform system testing and validation procedures. Create and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology

, or a related field. Proven experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

development. Strong knowledge of

C#, .NET, JavaScript

, and CRM customization. Experience with

Power Platform, Dataverse, and API integrations

. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)

. Knowledge of

Azure services and cloud-based solutions

. Familiarity with

SSRS, Power BI

, and reporting tools. Understanding of

Agile methodologies

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
