Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Ensure successful project delivery - Provide guidance and support to the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - Strong understanding of CRM systems - Experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM - Knowledge of CRM development best practices - Handson experience in CRM integration - Experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A Any Btech degree is required
