Job Description
Hiring for
Gather and analyze business requirements related to customer relationship management processes.
Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation.
Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to align with business processes.
Define and implement security roles, business units, and access controls.
Work closely with technical teams to support integrations with other systems (Power Platform, Azure, ERP, etc.).
Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional specifications for custom development.
Support data migration planning and execution.
Deliver training sessions and user documentation.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
