About The Job:

  • As the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Lead Developer, you will do hands-on and lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable CRM solutions across multiple modules including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Field Service.
  • You will drive integrations, customizations, and automation leveraging the full Microsoft Power Platform stack with Copilot, ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience aligned with our business objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead and develop end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solution design, development, and deployment for Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Field Service modules.
  • Architect and develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Implement and manage Power Platform components including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio to automate business processes and enhance data insights.
  • Design and develop omnichannel/contact centre solutions to improve customer interactions and service efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Dual Write frameworks to ensure data consistency across platforms.
  • Customize and extend CRM Out-Of-The-Box (OOB) functionality to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in CRM customization, performance tuning, and security.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Manage source control, build, and deployment processes for CRM solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5 to 12 Years
Required Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM: Strong hands-on development experience with functional knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Field Service modules.
  • Power Platform: Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Development Skills: Expertise in developing Plugins, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 customizations.
  • Integrations: Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Dual Write for seamless integration.
  • Omnichannel/Contact Centre: Knowledge of omnichannel customer service solutions and contact centre integrations within Dynamics 365.
  • Reporting: Skilled in SSRS report development and customization.
  • CRM OOB Functionality: Deep understanding of all Out-Of-The-Box Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • Version Control and DevOps: Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines.
  • Other: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in agile teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience working with customer-centric industries or manufacturing domains.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered capabilities in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of security roles, field-level security, and CRM governance best practices.
