We are looking for a
Senior Lead Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365
who will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with D365 CE modules, Power Platform, integrations, and data migration.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) based on business requirements.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system functionality.
Customize D365 using workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
Develop and manage data migration processes from legacy systems to D365.
Integrate D365 with other enterprise applications.
Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals.
Perform upgrades, patches, and regular system maintenance.
Monitor and enhance system performance following best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and deploy system enhancements.
Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements or new D365 features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
9-10 years of experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service)
.
Strong understanding of CRM and Operations business processes.
Experience customizing and configuring D365 (workflows, forms, custom entities).
Hands-on experience with
Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
.
Experience integrating D365 with
third-party systems
.
Strong knowledge of
SQL, SSRS, Power BI
for reporting and data analysis.
Familiarity with both
D365 Online and On-Premise
versions.
Understanding of
Microsoft Azure
and cloud-based architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Finance & Operations).
Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate for custom solutions.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with DevOps practices in D365.
Prior experience leading or mentoring a technical team.
