Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain advanced conversational experiences using
Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
.
Build complex
topics, actions, workflows, variables, plugins, and custom extensions
in Copilot Studio.
Architect end-to-end
Copilot-powered solutions
using
Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder).
Integrate Copilot solutions with
Azure services
,
API Management
, external systems, and enterprise data sources.
Implement
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)
, escalation paths, fallback logic, and advanced conversation orchestration.
Optimize bot performance using
analytics, telemetry, usage data, and conversational metrics
.
Develop and review
custom connectors
,
Azure Functions
,
Logic Apps
, and integration frameworks.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of total work experience required
3+ years hands-on
in Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA.
Strong expertise in
Power Platform
: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
Solid experience integrating solutions using
Azure Integration Services
(Azure Functions, APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
Strong understanding of
LLM-driven bots
, prompt engineering, generative AI features, and custom plugin design.
Working knowledge of
Microsoft Bot Framework
(advantageous, not mandatory).
Ability to design scalable, secure Copilot solutions following
center of excellence (CoE)
best practices.
Experience with
ALM
, Git integration, environment management, and solution deployment in Power Platform,
Strong communication and client-facing experience for requirement gathering and solution workshops.
