Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Microsoft Copilot Studio (M365) Developer

to design, build, and deploy intelligent copilots and automation solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and M365 services

, enabling productivity-driven AI solutions for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy

custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio

. Build conversational experiences using

Generative AI, prompts, topics, and actions

. Integrate Copilot solutions with

Microsoft 365 apps

(Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Develop workflows using

Power Automate

and integrations with

Power Apps

. Connect copilots with enterprise data sources via

Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, and connectors

. Ensure security, compliance, and governance within the

M365 environment

. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Monitor, optimize, and enhance copilot performance and user adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in

Microsoft 365 and Power Platform

development. Hands-on experience with

Microsoft Copilot Studio

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of

Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse

. Experience working with

Azure OpenAI / Generative AI concepts

. Understanding of

REST APIs, connectors, and integrations

. Experience with

Microsoft Teams app integrations

. Strong understanding of

M365 security, permissions, and governance

.

Good to Have:

Experience with

Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions

. Familiarity with

Prompt Engineering and AI governance

. Microsoft certifications in

M365 / Power Platform / Copilot

.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
