We are looking for Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Power Virtual Agents (PVA)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain conversational bots using

Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA

, including topics, variables, and actions. Implement basic integrations using

APIs, custom connectors, or Azure services

under guidance. Configure

AI Builder

, generative AI features, and plugin-based actions inside Copilot Studio. Work with senior developers to enhance bot quality, test flows, and optimize conversation paths. Monitor bot performance using

analytics dashboards

, user satisfaction metrics, and transcription logs. Assist in documentation, testing, and deployment of Power Platform solutions and chatbots

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of total work experience required

1+ years hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA

. Working knowledge of

Power Automate, Power Apps

, and

Dataverse

. Basic understanding of

Azure services

such as Functions, API Management, or Logic Apps (preferred). Familiarity with

REST APIs, JSON

, and connectors for system integration. Advantage: Exposure to

Microsoft Bot Framework

, Dialog concepts, or LLM-based conversational AI. Good debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to work in an agile team and collaborate with business users and architects.
