Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced
Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs)
to deliver
Microsoft Fundamentals
courses to students and professionals. The ideal candidate will have deep subject knowledge, engaging delivery skills, and the ability to make technical concepts easy to understand.
Conduct engaging, hands-on online or offline training sessions.
Deliver Microsoft-certified curriculum and prepare learners for global certification exams.
Assess participant performance and provide feedback.
Create interactive learning experiences and share real-world insights.
Maintain session reports and learner feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential.
Minimum 5 years
of proven experience in delivering Microsoft courses.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to conduct both online and classroom sessions effectively.
Experience working with corporate or academic institutions preferred.
