Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
- Document client issues and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles.
- Experience with Azure virtual machines and networking.
- Knowledge of Azure storage solutions.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Azure services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full-time education including BBA, BTECH, BSC is required."
