This is a full-?me on-site role as a Microso? 365 and Azure Expert at Captus Technologies LLC in Ahmedabad. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Microso? 365 and Azure solu?ons, including implementa?on, maintenance, and op?miza?on of cloud-based services and solu?ons. Your Role and Responsibili?es: ? Help Desk Mastery: Manage the ?cket system diligently, ensuring SLAs are met and clients receive ?mely resolu?ons. ? Microso? Exper?se: Leverage your Office 365 and Azure knowledge to provide excep?onal support. ? Technical Troubleshoo?ng: Solve issues related to virtualiza?on, networking, and a variety of hardware. ? Hardware Savvy: Work with switches, routers, cameras, PCs, servers, ba?ery backups, and remote monitoring tools. ? Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our team to provide comprehensive IT solu?ons. ? Con?nuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve with emerging IT trends and tools. Preferred Skills: ? Experience with ConnectWise is a huge plus. ? Strong understanding of virtualiza?on pla?orms and network troubleshoo?ng. ? Ability to balance technical exper?se with excep?onal customer service skills.
